• The school invites admission from Nursery to class 8th grade, the school academic session begins from April and ends in march, Duly filled admission forms must be submitted to the office and candidates may have to appear for the admission test.

• It is the sole authority of the principal to admit or reject any students without having to assign the reasons.

• It has well equipped computer classes and smart classes due care is taken to familiarise the students with the required knowledge of theory and practical studies.

• The school provides facilities of Stationary, Books, Bags and Dresses (Boys/Girls) both in its premises which provides to the needs and requirements of the students.

  School dresses and accessories are made available to the students at reasonable prices.

• Students are expected to buy the stationary from the school, so as to avoid confusion in the text books later on.

• The academic session of school runs from April to march, The Final examination is conducted in march and new session begins from first week of April,

  First term and half-yearly examination are held in August and November respectively. In the entire academic session unit tests are held, Promotions of students to the next class is decided on the basis of his/her performance in all the exams and unit tests.

• The Student's performance in the co-curricular and extra curricular activities also count in the promotion. however, the promotion of the students is the Sole prerogative of the School Principal or Academic Co-ordinator which is decided on the basis of confidential reports of each students by the class teacher and subject teachers apart from his/her performance in examinations, Discipline of body and mind is the key to the success of the individual.

• The Students of KARELI PUBLIC JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL are expected to be disciplined, dutiful and obedient to their teachers and law-abiding citizens of the country.

  Any misbehaviour with class teachers or class mates is strictly punishment and repetition of prohibited acts/behaviours may results in the expulsion of the students.

For the purpose of discipline management in the school, a team of Senior teachers and School Academic Co-ordinator headed by the principal, ensures the students compliance to the rules and regulations of the school.

• The Teachers should not only be the instruments of providing knowledge but they should also be the agents of change in the personality of the students,

• Parents are regularly informed of their wards performance in class tests, unit tests and examinations in the parents,

  Teachers meeting which are regularly held on Second Saturday of each month or on alternative day (If Second Saturday happens to be a public holidays).
